Your order was placed within the past 30 days (For the Date, check your Email).

Your product must be in the same condition.

The product is new, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.

The product comes in its original packaging, with all price tags.

 

What items can not be returned?

Gift cards and electronic gift cards, swimwear (if the hygiene liner has not been removed), body jewelry, beauty accessories, charity items, surprise bags and cosmetics, face and mask coverings, perfumes, personal care products, and hygiene products. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you purchase your product from Ardene Physical stores. You can’t return by mail.

Restocking fees of $5 per return order will apply and be deducted from your reimbursement. Your returned items must comply with all eligibility requirements to be eligible for a refund. Ardene won’t send you a refund if you return any item that doesn’t meet these eligibility criteria.

You can print the label by clicking or going to www.canadapost.ca, where you will enter return ID Number PR356189.

Notable: You can print the label by hand, but the postal service will print it for you if you cannot print it.

The merchandise must be packed in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Necessary: Do not pack your merchandise in a box. No boxes will be accepted.

Drop the package with a shipping label at a Canada Post office near you.

After Ardene has processed the refund on your original payment method*, you will be emailed to confirm. *Some exceptions are possible.

Return the merchandise in its original packaging and a receipt (proof of purchase) to a local store. All eligibility requirements must be met.

When will I get a refund from Ardene?

We want our customers to be delighted with online purchases. We make it easy to return or exchange items online. We offer a 21-day return/exchange policy on online orders to ensure our customers are satisfied. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, except if you return it in-store. In that case, your reimbursement will come as a gift certificate. Except for merchandise not eligible for returns and exchanges, you can send your product(s) and any other payment method to head office.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method or any ARDENE Store. Gift cards will also be credited. You can exchange your product(s), in any ARDENE Store, for a different size or an item of equal value.

 

Can I cancel Ardene’s order?

Is Ardene’s product Returnable/exchangeable?

Yes. You can exchange your product by bringing it into an Ardene shop with a proof of purchase invoice within 30 days. No exchanges can be made without the original receipt. All eligibility requirements must be met. Only regular Ardene stores can exchange merchandise.
