Returning An Online Order
An RMA number (Return Authorization for Purchase) is required for returning an online purchase. Call us at our Customer Service Team to begin the return process on our website.
Returning An In-Store Purchase
You can return your purchase in the store, but you must bring your receipt and purchase receipt to the closest Canada Computers store location to start the return process.
Online Custom Order & 3 rd Party Products
Canada Computers prides itself on providing a variety of products for our customers. We work with a variety of suppliers and three 3rd party vendors. Online Custom Orders and three 3rd parties’ purchases cannot be canceled once an order is made and are not eligible for return except for defective exchange.
Corporate & Government Account
The policies only apply to purchases placed through Purchase Orders or Corporate Credit Cards. The credit card details must be supplied at the time of return.
Items that have not been opened can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If an item is opened and discovered to be indefectible can return within 30 days to receive a return, exchange, or replacement.
Items that have been opened and aren’t defective can return within fifteen days of purchase for reimbursement. Complete packaging is required, and products must be in resalable shape.
Refunds, credit, exchanges, or replacement is accepted about Custom Order Items except when they are found to be defective. In that case, the product could be repaired or replaced at Canada Computers & Electronics’ discretion.

Refunds and return requests must be submitted within 15 days from the original purchase date, with no more than 30 minutes of Talktime and less than fifty MB in data.
Refunds are only available during the Canada Computers Mobile hours of operation: Mon – Sat-Sun 11 am until 6 pm.
Postpaid refunds must be processed at the place of purchase from which the purchase was made.

2. Pack Your Return
Prepare your return! Make sure you prepare your return label for prepaid payment.
Attach the return label to the outside of the box. Then take away any shipping labels you have already.
Pack your items securely, including the complete packaging, components, and accessories. Make sure you include any other items that were included in your purchase.
Important: Place any unworn label for return inside the shipping box to track the return for purposes.

3. Ship It Back
