Centerville Clinic is a non-profit community-based health organization. This clinic serves comprehensive primary care Mental health services and Dental services. Centerville Clinic helps each and every patient to find out the specialties and hospital care services that are not available at the center.
The clinic provides total community health care through a network of 11 community medical, dental and green service behavioral health offices and Washington counties. Board of Directors run the clinic and consist of at least 51% of clinic patients and Functions under the auspices of the Bureau of Primary Health Care.
