The Denver arthritis clinic is actively enrolling patients to study various agents in different rheumatologic situations. Dr. C. Ryan Antolini is the trial unit director and works closely with the study team.
Dexa
During the Dexa test, you should wear fitting comfortable clothing without Zippers, Buckles, or metal buttons. Eat normally on the test day but do not take any supplements for at least 24 hours before your appointment. You should not have a barium study, radioisotope injection, or oral or intravenous contrast from a CT scan or MRI within the seven days before your Dexa examination.
