Golf Town Return Policy
Customers who are unhappy with their purchase can return it for a full refund or exchange according to their terms.
To return or exchange, you must need an original receipt.
Golf Town and its team always focus on providing the best customer satisfaction for their services & Products purchased in-store with proof of purchase.
Golf Town return must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
Remember one thing before returning; you just need an original purchase receipt.
Your item is not eligible for return or exchange without the original receipt.
Golf Town does NOT issue store credit. All returned items must be in the original packaging and in good condition.
Before a refund or exchange is granted, items must be verified for integrity.
All swimwear sales, undergarments, socks, and other items are final. They are not eligible to be returned or exchanged for hygiene and health reasons.
Returned items with a gift receipt may be exchanged for the same item or returned for a credit card.
Gift cards cannot be returned. You will need a valid photo ID from the government.
Your name, address, and telephone number will also be documented.
Can I Return my Online purchase to the Golf Town Physical Store?
All returns and exchanges for purchases on Golftown.com must be done within 30 days from the shipping date.
Yes, you can return your online purchase to the Golf Town Physical store.
For that, you need an email order confirmation, and a Photo ID Matching the Ship to address is required to process the In store return.
When should I cancel my Order?
You can cancel all orders until they have been shipped.
You must notify us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel or change your order after it has been sent.
It is impossible to cancel an order once the shipping and packaging process has begun.
Important Qualifiers
All items must be returned in the original packaging.
Please note that all returns involving NEW clubs will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee starting from the date of sale.
An inspection of the condition of the club and the time delay will determine the amount of any additional restocking fees.
For a full refund, packages must be returned to Golf Town Pre-Owned no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the delivery.
If you want a refund with a reinsertion fee, you must return it within forty-five (45) calendar days.
Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs and insurance except for a Golf Town Pre-Owned error.
It is strongly recommended that you obtain a tracking number.
If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee.
All items purchased may be returned for credit or refund once only
If an item is purchased through a promotion, such as Free Shipping, we will issue a refund, less shipping costs.
Golf Town Return Policy for Buy one get one.
The discount on the second item will be forfeited if a regular-priced item purchased under a “Buy One Get One” promotion is returned.
You can return both items for a full refund, or you may repurchase the item at its current selling price.
All items purchased in a BOGO deal with a free item will be refunded upon return.
You can exchange individual items.
Golf Town Return Policy for Bundles
You can return or exchange non-identical items you purchased in a bundle, but the value of each item will be determined by the current retail price and the discount offered as part of the bundle.
If the price for the bundle includes an average value of 10% for each item, the amount that is refunded for any item returned will be the current retail price, less than 10%.
Golf Return Policy for Custome Orders
You can return your custom item or particular order within 30 days of purchase.
Provided that all other criteria have been met. A minimum of 6 matching pieces must be included in a custom iron set to qualify.
Golf Town Warranty Returns
To initiate a warranty claim, a receipt must be provided. Warranty claims are only valid from the date of purchase. The warranty will not extend if you receive a new or repaired item. Please refer to your manufacturer’s warranty terms for additional conditions or limitations. Some warranties may be at the vendor’s discretion.
