Guadalupe Clinic is located in the heart of downtown Wichita at 940 South St Francis. In 1985 five nurses envisioned a health center for local people and opened a Guadalupe Health station. In 1987 two physicians joined this health station and the same year they also change the name of the health station to Guadalupe Clinic. They also open a second clinic to serve the needy population of Planeview in 2012.

From the very beginning, the clinic has relied on Volunteers Physicians, Nurses, and other health care providers who have donated their time and energy to treat countless Individuals. This clinic has almost 34 medical providers and 16 medical support staff.
