Barney Voegtlen, MD
In 1972 Dr. Barney completed his B.A. in chemistry from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania. Barney receives his M.D. from the University of Cincinnati School of medicine. He completed his pediatric internship and residency at Children’s Hospital and Medical Center. Since 1979 Barney is a board-certified pediatrician.
Membership
He is a member of the North Kitsap School District Health Advisory Board.
Catherine Cogley, MD
Dr. Catherine completed her graduation degree in Biology from Baylor University in 1992. From the University of Texas, Catherine completed her Medical School. Dr. Catherine completed her pediatric residency in San Antonio at Wilford Hall Medical Center. Catherine is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Melody Bronold, MD
Dr. Melody completed her graduation with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. In 2000, from the University of Michigan, she receive her MD degree. From medical University, south Carolina Melody completed her internship and Residency. Dr. Melody is a board-certified pediatrician.
Leslie Brown, ARNP
Leslie completed her Bachelor of Science from Pacific University. In 1998 she completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University. Leslie joined this clinic in 1999 and her specialty is a family nurse practitioner.

Tiffany Cardinal, MD
Dr. Tiffany joined the Kitsap Children’s Clinic in 2018. For both her Undergraduate and Medical degree she attended the University of Michigan.
Courtney Vinyard, ARNP
In 2006, Courtney completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University. She completed her master of science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. Courtney is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Her special interest includes dermatology, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health.
