Mango will exchange any item customers return if they are unhappy with it within 60 days.

Mango allows you to exchange or return items depending on what is in stock at the store.

All products are eligible for return to Mango Stores in the United States.

Stores located at airports or department stores are not eligible for free returns.

Customers will receive a receipt from the till as proof of their return.

A request for a refund will also be made. Our central offices in Palau -Solita I Plegamans, Spain, will receive the refund details.

The refund will then be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Mango suggests that customers track and insure their packages at their expense, and Mango will not be responsible for items that do not reach its warehouses.

The customer will pay for any items exchanged or returned postage costs. Mango will not accept carriage-due returns.

Orders placed in stores can be returned via the iPad

These conditions apply to orders placed through the iPad at Mango’s physical stores. Exchanges are not accepted in this instance.




You can request a different size at the time you return it. You can do this by indicating the item you would like to change and the size of the new article on the delivery note

  • We will return the cost of the garment if the size you require is not available.

  • Accessories and personalized garments cannot be exchanged.

Please remember that you can only make exchanges or returns if:

  • All items must be returned in the same condition as received. The items must not have been worn or washed, and they must still be in their original condition.
  • Safety seals are placed on panties, thongs, and culottes to protect them from being worn or tried on. This item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
  • We will inspect your package once it arrives. If the item is damaged or defective, we will exchange it. Mango does not accept returns via mail, and they will not pay delivery or return fees.

The items should be packed securely in their original packaging. If possible, include the delivery note. You must sign this document indicating whether you wish to alter the item’s size or request a refund.

If it is not there, you can select your order to go to My Purchases in the My Account section. Then print the ‘Returns Note. Register if you are still not registered. Go to the My Purchases section and enter your order number and e-mail address.



You will find a label with your return address on the delivery note, and this label should be attached to your parcel.

Send your parcel to any courier company. You can also send your package by registered mail or acknowledgment of receipt for extra security.

We strongly recommend that you track your package and ensure it at your own expense. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged. C.O.D. is not accepted. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries, and we will not pay for the delivery or return fees.

After receiving your parcel, we will process your return or change in size within 3 to 12 business days.


How Long does Mango pay my Refund?

Mango will inspect the items once they have been received and send the correct size to the customer. In the event of a return, Mango will use the same payment method as the original purchase to refund the purchase price.

The refund will be processed within 3-12 business days of receipt of the returned items at Mango warehouses. After the items have been checked, the customer will receive an e-mail notification.

All returned items will be refunded using the same payment method as they were purchased.

Mango will reimburse the cost of the returned item and the portion of original postage costs in the event that Mango sends an incorrect item or sends an unacceptable item. 

Mango will reimburse the postage costs if the defective or erroneous item is returned via ordinary mail. The customer must include a receipt detailing the return expenses. After the items have been returned, the postage costs will be refunded.

These cases will require that exchanges or returns be made via Standard, Ground, or Regular shipping methods. For reimbursement of delivery costs, please include your receipt.

Mango will not be held responsible if the product in the returned parcel is incorrect. The above does not apply to cases where the customer sends a faulty product. If it is possible to process the collection, the customer will need to organize the return and pay the appropriate costs.

Mango cannot reimburse any portion of the shipping costs for merchandise returned via Express, Overnight, or 2 Day Shipping.
