Marks Return Policy in 2024 (Updated)

The standard return policy for items purchased is 35 days. This applies to online and in-store purchases.

Except for sale items, you have 14 days to return the item if it is in its original packaging and valid proof that it was purchased.

This does not affect any of your legal rights. Marks Return Policy includes three types of returns Standard Returns, Sales Returns, and Paperless Returns.

Terms and Conditions for Mark Returns

  • All refunds will be made in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
  • Online orders cannot be returned for shipping costs.
  • To ensure your order is delivered safely and directly to you, a shipping carrier is automatically determined by Mark’s Commercial.
  • To process your return, please allow 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Remote returns can be used for defective products. Flaws in the fabric, wrong fulfillment, and embellishment errors are all defects.

 

100%-Day Boot Guarantee 

We expect your boots do the job that they were designed to do flawlessly. We want to know if you have any manufacturer defects within the first 100 days of purchasing them. We will replace your items if you bring the original receipt and the item to any Mark’s shop. After 100 days, exchanges or refunds are not possible.

 

Marks Return Policy for Online Purchase & Offline Purchase

Web Orders Returns for web-ordered products will not be accepted in Mark’s shops across Canada. To coordinate your return, please use the returns email.

Store Orders –Returns to Mark’s Canada stores will be accepted with a copy of your receipt.

 

Marks Return Policy within 30 days after delivery

You can return your items free of charge within 30 days after delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging and tags. Orders made between October 1 and December 31 can be returned to January 31 of the following year.

 

Marks Offers two types of refund

1) Mark’s Outdoors Store Credit + an Additional $5 Mark’s Outdoors Credit

2) Refund of the original payment form

If applicable, refunds do not include the shipping costs you paid for your original order. You can find return information on the product pages.

We do not offer merchandise exchanges to serve you best. You will get the correct size or color faster if you place a second order.

Standard Returns

We will resolve any issues you may have with a purchased product.

All returns to our home and clothing stores will be processed within 24 hours of your return. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 14 days to process returns to Simply Food or Outlet stores.

All Clothing and Home stores allow you to return your purchase in-store. If you purchased clothing or home products online, it is not possible to return them to Simply Food stores. This applies only to Simply Food stores that sell a limited range of Clothing or Home products.

All items purchased in our Outlet stores must be returned to the Outlet store. Please note that clearance items purchased at one of our primary home and clothing stores cannot be returned to our Outlet stores.

Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective. If you are unhappy with the quality of a customized item, please get in touch with us.

 

Sale Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on all sale items purchased online or in-store.

 

Paperless Returns

Our Paperless Returns process allows you to receive fast and free returns. You can return items purchased as a guest by visiting our carrier partner websites to start your Paperless Returns process. To process your return, you will need your order number.

There is no need to attach any additional documentation to your return. All the information our teams require is in the label/code generated.

 

Marks Return Policy for CREDITS & REFUNDS

Credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to process once your bank approves your return.

After approval of your return, Mark’s Outdoors Store Credit refunds are made immediately.

When your return is processed and your refund has been issued, we will notify you by email.

Please note that refunds do not apply to shipping costs incurred on your original order.

 

Marks Return Policy For DAMAGED ITEMS

All damages upon delivery must not be done after three (3) days. Contact Marks Support Crew. Please send us detailed photos of any damage.

 WORN, ALTERED, WASHED, OR DAMAGED GOODS

Returns of items that have been worn or used will not be accepted.

 

Steps to follow before Marks Return

Please request a return authorization number to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for returning in your email. A return authorization number (RA#) will be issued if the item/items meet all requirements. Note that items without an RA number will be returned to the shipper.

· You must return the item within 14 days after delivery

· All jewelry must remain in its original condition and be in unworn condition.

· Only full-priced merchandise is eligible for returns

· If your article meets all requirements, you can exchange it in-store

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

· All items should be packed in the original pouch or box to protect the jewelry from damage during transit.

· The RA# must be visible outside any television or mailer.

· Include a copy of the invoice with the package

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS TYPICALLY ARRIVE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS

All orders will be subject to an $8.50 standard shipping fee plus applicable taxes. Mark’s aims to deliver your order within 4-8 business days (remote areas may take longer).

We won’t charge shipping charges or taxes for Gift Cards.

Mark automatically determines a shipping carrier to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly.

The courier can drop the parcel at your doorstep if it has a less than $200 value and doesn’t require a signature. If your property is worth more than $200 or requires a signature and no one is available to pick it up, a notice card will be left with instructions on collecting the order. Depending on the shipping carrier, parcel pickup details may vary.

Return your unworn, unworn, or Manufacturer defect item within 100 days with your original receipt to receive a full refund (less shipping charges).

All returns without receipts will be credited to a store credit card at the lowest price system-wide in the last 14 months.

All returns with a gift voucher will be credited to a product card at the cost of the gift receipt.

Online orders cannot be returned for shipping charges.

Jumpstart donations cannot be refunded.

All refunds will be made in the original form of payment used to make the purchase. PayPal payments are accepted. Items may be returned to Marks retail stores to receive a refund. PayPal returns to Marks/ stores will credit a credit or debit card.

This excludes selected Clearance products marked as “Final Sales,” which are not refundable.
