If you are not satisfied with your Rona purchase. You can easily return your product online and Offline.

By Visiting Returns & Orders page, you can easily return your Product.

On the return and order page first, you have to enter your order number and put your valid email address.

Lastly, click on the Track Order button.

 

Rona Return Policy for In-store Purchase

You can return the Product to the same store where you purchased it by showing your sales receipt.

Rona non-returnable product

Tinted paints or stains are not returnable, as are products that have been modified, cut, or customized in any other way. Special order products are made for hygiene reasons (e.g., toilet seats, masks, gloves, etc. ).

You may not be able to return items you purchased from another RONA Inc. banner if they are not in your regular product range.

Gift cards, gift vouchers, and store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.

You cannot return used power equipment, including trimmers, lawnmowers, snowblowers, and others.

The manufacturer or legal warranty covers products that are damaged or defective.

A receipt must be provided for online and in-store plants To replace or refund any tree, shrub, or perennial that you purchased from Lowe’s within a year of its original purchase date. Our 90-day return policy covers all other plants.

 

Rona Satisfaction Policy

Before Delivery

You can get a full refund if you cancel your home appliance purchase. However, special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

 

After Delivery

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your home appliance after delivery, please let us know within 30 days.

1 Return your home appliance to receive a refund using the original payment method. However, there is a 25% restocking fee.

2 Exchange your home appliance for a home appliance of equal or higher value.

However, delivery and pick-up fees will apply according to RONA Inc.’s pricing. For information about the applicable fees for exchanging said home appliance, please contact the shop where you purchased it.

The home appliance must be returned in the same condition as received, including any scratches or damage. 

The original receipt must also be included. Only the store where the appliance was purchased can exchange or return the item.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

What is the Rona return policy for damages and defective products? At the time of delivery, you must inspect your appliance thoroughly. You can refuse to sign the delivery receipt if you aren’t satisfied with the item. You must immediately notify the delivery agent of any product defects. 

Within 48 hours of delivery, you must report any damage or defects. We may send a technician to your house to diagnose the problem and try fixing it. If this happens, your legal or manufacturer’s warranty will be applicable, not this Return Policy.
