Return to a ROOTS store. The purchase made through Roots.com or orders made through a Roots store and then shipped to you may be exchanged or returned at any Roots store located in Canada or the US with an original order number and confirmation email. Exchanges or Returns are required within 30 days after receiving delivery.

With Gift Receipt

Gift returns that include receipts from gifts can be eligible for same-day exchanges or credit of the amount paid into the Roots Gift Card within 30 days from the date of the purchase. Cash is not issued.

When will I get a refund from Roots?
For price adjustments or refunds, we will credit only the payment method used to purchase. You should allow two billing cycles for the credit to show on the statement you receive.

Happy Card: The funds will be credited to the Card for refunds that are processed on purchases made using the Happy Card.
