Every online purchase can return within 75 days of the purchase to the SoftMoc retail store or mailed to our return center. All In-store Pickup orders can be returned to any location of our stores (except those of our Outlet Stores) within 75 days from the time the order is made.

For Online Purchase
Every online purchase can return within 75 days of your purchase date at a SoftMoc retail store or the mail to our return center. You can also make an exchange or request credit for your purchase within 90 days of your purchase date.
Every online purchase placed through SoftMoc.com that is eligible to receive Free Shipping will also qualify for free returns. The qualifying orders will be provided with the return postage label prepaid.
Return Eligibility: The item has to be in its original condition, unworn, and still in its original shoebox (if you are returning by mail, it must be packaged in a secure shipping box) and be accompanied by an original invoice.
To Return Via Mail
Enter your Order Number & Billing Last Name. Afterward, go to your return Order tab and request a Return ID number. After that, you will get an email containing all the necessary information for returning, and, if applicable, you will be issued the return label for free. Label. Softmoc Return Policy for In-Store Purchase
The In-store Pickup purchase can be returned at any of our retail stores (except the Outlet Stores) within 75 days from the time the order is made. You can also request an exchange or get a store credit within 90 days of the date of the purchase.
Return Eligibility: The item must be in pristine condition and within the box initially used, including a copy of the original invoice.

To make an online size exchange, please go to the ‘Order Tracking page to track your order. Then, click on the ‘Free Size Change’ button. Choose the size that is new to your item. You have the option to exchange it at an outlet near you or to ‘Continue Exchange by Courier.’ If you decide to return via Courier, you will receive a Free Return Label in your email, allowing you to return your original purchase. Once it is received, the larger size will be delivered to you.
Remember that your original item must be in line with our return eligibility policy to be eligible for a size exchange.
Softmoc Refund Policy
Refunds are applied to the payment method for the purchase on the Internet. Refunds are processed according to your spending on the item(s) and any sales tax added during the purchase. Please allow 3-10 working days for these changes to appear on your statement.
Due to the hours of courier operation, all weekends or holidays cannot be included in the estimated delivery times. If a Frequent Purchase credit was utilized on your initial purchase and the credit was not credited, it won’t be returned to your bank account until after the original purchase was refunded. If you want to use the credit, you must wait until the original item has been returned before placing the new order. Online only Price adjustments
Note A purchase made after March 2nd, 2021, will not qualify to be adjusted in price.
SoftMoc offers one-time price adjustments if the item is reduced within 30 days from the original purchase date, provided the item purchased previously is still accessible online in the exact size and color purchased.
Requests for a price adjustment after 30 days have not been considered for processing.

1 Year Reasonable Wear Guarantee
SoftMoc provides a 1-year Reasonable Wear Warranty for all our products. The guarantee is based on manufacturing imperfections in artistry and materials. It does not include the general wear and tear of accidental damage or the natural degradation of materials and colors in the course of use and time.
Suppose you’re worried that you have an issue with the manufacturing process. In that case, SoftMoc welcomes you to bring the product with a valid proof of purchase to the closest SoftMoc Retail location for inspection by our expert staff members.
If SoftMoc determines that a defect exists within the original refund time, we can provide a full refund or a replacement for the product. If SoftMoc discovers a defect after the end of the original refund period but within the one-year warranty, the company will issue cash credit to the store in the form of gift cards or a replacement product based on the inventory available.
