Capital Medical Clinic was started by Dr. Charles Milton Darnall’s in 1934 at the Norwood Building in Downtown Austin. All seven-member doctors are trained at the Mayo Clinic when the practice moved to the medical park tower in 1968, Where it is Today. They always provide the best internal medicine care available from preventing illness to a proactive method of preventive medicine. They become a leader in wellness care. Their group continues to grow an established history and progressive future.

Echocardiography is used to determine the presence of many other heart and lung conditions and to track the function of the heart with treatment programs.
Treadmill Stress Testing
Treadmill stress testing is done with your physician to provide information on how the heart responds to labor.
Pulmonary Function Studies
The capital Medical Clinic has the ability to perform pulmonary spirometry. Spirometry is an important screening test used in the assessment of many lung symptoms, including shortness of breath and cough.
