To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened or in the same state as you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.

The merchandise returned must be in the original condition with credit subject to the merchandise being evaluated with the company’s Quality Assurance Specialists. The merchandise that is modified or damaged in any manner by any jeweler other than Ross-Simons is not eligible for return. 

Credit for the purchase will be issued if the item purchased as a present is returned by the person who received it. We will subtract an additional $4.95 shipping charge for returning the return.

Certain kinds of products are exempt from returning. For example, perishable items like flowers, food, newspapers, magazines, or even newspapers cannot be returned. We also don’t accept goods containing intimate or sanitary, hazardous substances, or flammable gas or liquids.

Step #2: Packaging and Labels

Complete the Return Form included on the shipping label or click here to Print this Return Form. Make sure you add the authorization code you were given through the above phone number, add the form to the package, and return the form to us within 30 days of receiving the package. Step #3: Care and Shipping

REFUND POLICY
