You can return or exchange anything within 15 days of the original purchase date for most of the Products.

Memory Express Return Policy for Video Cards/GeForce RTX 3000 Series Laptops/Desktops
If you purchase Video Cards or GeForce RTX 3000 Series Laptops or Desktops.
To return this product, you have seven days from the Original Date of Purchase.
Most of these products are final sale products. Your return is accepted if the video card is returned as well.
Is Memory Express return accepted for open Product?
If your Gaming Chair and Table sales purchase are open. Memory Express is not accepted in your Return.
The gaming Chair and Table are fallen under the final sale product.
Before return or exchange product must be unopened and still in its original packaging. Within 14 days, you have to return.

Memory Express will help you to return the defective product(s) to the manufacturer to repair or replace without cost to the customers within one year of purchase, except stated.
The time frame extends to thirty (30) days for Clearance and Refurbished items unless specified otherwise.
Memory Express Warranty can be canceled for Mining or Farming products.
Warranties for HD Drives or SSDs / Graphics Cards could be denied if specific parameters (Power On Hours and Terabytes Written or other parameters ) surpass the limit of usage for the warranty time.
Within this time, Memory Express will facilitate the return of the defective product(s) directly to its manufacturer to be repaired or replaced for no cost to our customers.
Certain manufacturers might ask customers to contact them directly regarding support with warranty issues.

We’re happy to exchange or reimburse your purchase made online, which includes Web Only products, in any retail store on memory express within seven days of receiving your order for most product categories.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

If you do not receive an RMA within 30 days or one calendar year (depending upon the warranty duration for the item) following purchase, we can stop issuing an RMA. We will direct your request to the manufacturer to receive warranty assistance. RMAs expire 15 days following the date they’re given.
