What is the Sport Chek Return Policy? Sport Check’s return policy after Christmas requires that you have a gift receipt to return any item.
After the return has been processed, you will be issued a gift card to the store in the amount the purchaser paid.
You must make this transaction within 60 days of your original purchase.
Sport Chek will ask you to include your name, zip code, and number to process the gift return request.

What is Sport Chek Return Policy (Regular)?
·Returns should send with the original receipt. Sport Check employees may be able to look up your order on the computer if you can’t find it.
However, a return cannot occur if they cannot locate the order number.
·Within 30 days of purchase, returns are eligible for an exchange or full refund.
You must return the item in its original packaging.
· You will be issued a gift certificate in the amount you paid for the item if you return it within thirty days, but not before sixty days.
· If you return an item less than $5 within 60 days of purchase, your cash refund will be issued.
· To process any return, you must provide your name, zip code, and number. Sport Chek Return Policy will not accept returns for 60 days after the purchase.
What items are not eligible for returns to Sport Chek?
Sport Chek has a few products that you can’t return after purchasing.
These products include nutritional supplements and food and donations to Jumpstart and clearance items.
The price will give you an indication of whether the item was on clearance. If the price ends at $0.88, it is a clearance item.
Products that have been associated with hygiene and public safety cannot be returned.
This is to protect the security of all Sport Check Return Policy customers.
These products include but are not limited to underwear, climbing gear, hydration products such as water bottles and bladders, and mouth guards Masks Swimwear.
Sport Chek will not accept electronic products that have been removed from their original packaging.
These products include but are not limited to GPS trackers, fitness trackers, heart monitors, and drones.
Can I return Spot Check merchandise purchased during a special event sale?
Sport Chek will offer special events such as “Buy One, Get One” sales and receiving a free item when you purchase a specific product.
You cannot return products purchased under the “Buy One, Get One” program
You can only return the item you received free with a purchase if all the things you received were eligible for return. Individual items purchased during these events can be exchanged.
Sport Chek: How do I return an item I purchased online?
Sport Chek accepts returns in-store for merchandise purchased online. The merchandise must be returned to Sport Chek within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a return.
You will need to provide three items to get a complete refund, minus shipping and handling charges for the product that you bought online.
The product must be returned in its original packaging. You will need the receipt by email or on your mobile device. Also, you will need photo identification showing the address of your ship and billing address.
If the purchase were made online using your PayPal account, the refund would go to the debit or credit card associated with that account.

·Unworn/unused item in original packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories

· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for purchase returns made within 30 days.
· Returns received between 31 and 60 days will be issued a MERCHANDISE credit card. Cash will be refunded if the return amount is less than $5.00
Returns exceeding 60 days are not eligible to receive a refund.

Please Note: Shipping costs are not included in the refund amount.
You can return your purchase via PayPal if you have a PayPal account.

If you are unsure where your purchase receipt was placed, you can still receive a refund. However, this refund will be processed into a Sport Chek Retail Store Credit. The refund will be processed at the lowest price within 60 days of your purchase.
